Disappointed that there weren't more excises. One pic per exercise is all you get so you'll have to read the exercise description carefully. No fitness routines or plans. My advice: Buy a book

Not one video

Not a single video plays even as a trial to decide, rather constant asking for your money.

Rip Off

I should have read these reviews first. I bought the app thinking that would unlock the videos to make them play, but it doesn’t. This app is not worth $10 don’t buy it.

NO VIDEO NO SOUND

There is no video, no sound. And zero trial mode - instantly asks for money. DO NOT GET!

Disgusting

No video to show his to dd. Only explanation and picture. Plus moves to fast to next picture I haven’t even figured out the first one.

Doesn’t work

You can’t see any of the videos or pictures in the workout area. Just a waste of money.

The exercise videoes don’t work !!! I emailed them and “no response “ to fix the problem ! This app is a rip off and I recommend anyone interested to not purchase this app.
