I would like to express my appreciation of the taxi driver who brought us home tonight from Pevensey Bay to Eastbourne Driver id 088 car reg FE69LTX A very pleasant man who made our journey enjoyable. It isn’t often that I get the chance to praise a driver but this gentleman was worth the effort. Please pass our thanks to him

App generally works ok - unfortunately it has issues, which require uninstall / reinstall to rectify the repeated errors. It can be frustrating to resubmit data and when the app “resets” itself, it reverts to basic settings, and you have to add details again.

The app was very easy to use and prebooking my journey went well. I was although charged more at pre booking stage than the cost of the journey
