GridShift syncs your EV’s charging with renewable generation on the California grid. What’s more, between November and May each year, GridShift will alert you to plug in and charge on days with particularly abundant renewable generation, and reward you for your cleaner charging with credit back on your energy bill.

GridShift is currently compatible with any Tesla, Volkswagen, and Jaguar/Land Rover EVs, as well as ChargePoint internet-connected home chargers. Additional compatible vehicles and chargers will be added in the coming months.
GridShift is only available to customers of Silicon Valley Clean Energy.
