I’ve had no issues with this frame for three years other than the app quit functioning a year or so ago. I recently decided to see if I could make it functional. I couldn’t locate my manual and had same issue as many negative reviews stated. I could see and connect to the device but no controls. After some experimenting I noticed an icon that let me allow camera access and scan a QR code on the back of my remote. Works great now! I also see there is an alarm function that I never knew I had! DEVELOPER FEATURE REQUEST… Can I enable the massage vibration during alarm? There is a selection for MEMORY 1 on alarm presets but I can only store the frame position into memory . Am I missing something or can this be added to app in future upgrades?

All I see when I open is the bed’s name but when i click on it i see a few buttons above a BLANK SCREEN. I cant adjust any parts of the bed. I got it because i cant find the manual remote so im very unhappy.

Can someone help me figure out how to get the app to work to control my bed please

This app works totally fine. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Has worked across many iPhone versions and iOS releases. The only people who complain and review bomb it are the severely technically challenged.

People own adjustable bases/beds for a long time. The app should work for the $1000’s that have been spent on platinum split kings. It worked for months not years. Please fix the app. The reviews are embarrassing. Let’s go!

Yes, I thought this app was useless as well. The instructions certainly are. Then after I found my remote, I noticed it had a QR code. I scanned it with the app, and now everything works!

The app works exactly like the remote control that came with my queen adjustable base. Not sure why others are having issues but the setup was quick and easy. Make sure to allow the application access to Bluetooth, the app then detects the base. Simply select the base and the tap on the scan button in the upper right and scan the QR code on the bottom of the remote, that’s it. The simply enjoy using your phone as the remote, very handy when your spouse leaves the remote on the opposite side of the bed. :)

App no longer works on iPad. Device no longer appears when refreshing device list. Camera no longer scans QR codes correctly. Please help

On a lark I decided to try the apple control for my new Sven Bed base-which I love…I was so happy to see my bed respond to the commands just as the remote. I only had my base a couple of weeks but was disappointed the app did not work at all… Happy customer and thanking the tech team for making the base even better with this app! Favor: please make it work with the Apple Watch;-)
