Always friendly drivers, great service and Freaking affordable price! Love this service! Thank you Kevin , Wayne, Rob, Tod, Al, Rosy, and all of you Awesome drivers!
Yo App developers, please show the names of the drivers, feels nice when the drivers talk to you by your name and it’s nice if we thank them by their name; it’s just a humble suggestion. Overall Allison a great experience wit the application as well. 🥰
Worst interface ever!
I’d give it 0 stars if I could ! Usually takes multiple app refreshes to work. Very Glitchy search inquiry, destinations un-clickable at times, longer wait times , inefficient ride grouping/carpooling.
Many days it quicker to walk 2 miles to work than wait on this apps “technology” ...
Idk who this developer is but this app istrash ! Spend the extra $1 and take a uber.
Works well
The app is straight forward and easy to use. I love how it’s not cluttered or busy. The service works just as well and if not better than Uber or Lyft. Highly recommend to give it a try.
Great way to get around
I like the app, it’s really easy to use and save the places I’ve been picked up or dropped off
Affordable transport for the sw suburbs
App is easy to use like Lyft or Uber but even more affordable with the ride sharing. Highly recommend!
Awesome!
Super user friendly to figure which bus to take and when! Great app!
Works great so far!
Another great option getting around!
Love it
New apps really easy to use. Like how I can save locations
South West Prime App
Finally, the 4th update to the Southwest Prime App is making the App easy to use, which results in fast service. The App begins with: Where do you want to go? Type in where you want to go. Next click on: where do you want picked up from? Type in where you want picked up. Click on the Request Ride button and you will see the ETA of your SW Prime Van. About 5-6 minutes before your van arrives, you can see the van close to your pickup location. Reminder: Be ready for the van, before you Request a ride. The driver can only wait 3 minutes. If you think the van driver will wait longer, the driver gets a call from the dispatcher & tells him/her to leave if the person who requested a ride, is not walking toward the van. Usually, a ride will arrive in 2-3 minutes or 5-8 minutes. But if the weather is cold, rainy or snowy, there will be a longer time for your SW Prime Van driver to arrive. No matter what, be ready when you Request a SW Prime ride. If you Request a ride at the end of the day, remember to wait until you arrive at your transit stop. No one can predict when a bus will arrive or if problems develop!
Worst change ever
Not only taking much much much longer to get to and from places but also having sometimes more than an hour wait to go less than 10 miles from place to place. Also, there is still no way to be able to use your Go To card as a form of payment for a ride not connected to taking a city bus.
