It would be nice to access your receipts from the app. The emailed format can make it harder to use with mobile devices.

I made a booking for the next morning. The status remains “waiting for dispatch”. After the due time and the status not changing, I attempted to cancel but the cancel didn’t work either. Although the old app was clunky, at least the taxis showed up. This one they didn’t.

I downloaded the Swan app but unlike the Uber app I can’t get a quote for my trip, so if I don’t know their price I will just use Uber.

I have cab charge vouchers, but can’t use this app to book a cab because it will only allow me to make a booking if I enter credit card details.

The requirement to confirm my credit card deduction within 12 hours is ridiculous. ANZ does not register this amount for about 3 days. After numerous attempts I have deleted the app.

Almost always late and it is their company policy to not give ETA for trips booked. When you call up they say it’s on the way but won’t tell you where. Average 20-30 mins late even for short trips.

Sort your app out it’s 2023 , can’t be that hard?

You can’t use this app without giving them your credit card details.

I have tried multiple times to try and create an account to use this app, and it constantly tells me there is an error! I’ve tried redownloading, refreshing and checking for app updates - no dice. What a waste.

The app takes ages to confirm a booking - anything like a few minutes; and yet if I call them the booking is immediate and effortless. Useless app.
