SwannView Link: Live Swann NVR/DVR viewing on your iPhone
SwannView Link supports the following features:
Configure many settings from your handset or tablet
Multi-channel viewing with up to 16 cameras on screen at the same time (16ch view works best on tablets)
Play back stored recordings from your DVR or NVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet)
Capture video from your camera live view to your Phone to play back later
Capture single and multi still images and save these to your Phone's picture library
Control PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras remotely
Note: Some features may be degraded or not work on older DVRs or iOS hardware. Current model handsets and tablets are recommended for high resolution playback and live viewing of more than 8 cameras at once.

Swann systems
I have used Swann for the last 7 years and to be honest, the system are no where near comparable to what other systems offer. The quality is terrible and the apps don’t work with ease. Too many pauses and drop outs. Honestly, go with eufy systems.
Obviously the positive reviews are fake.
Unless you are a technician don’t bother, and Swann customer service are rude and have do not support/help with anything at all except reply with emails that only a technician can understand. Do any human being work for Swann………….

App needs a up date app is not working properly thanks

We brougt a dvr8-4550 system for our home 5 years ago, the system works fine. It’s the app support that let us down. With technology changing and new phones, Swann did not allow our system to have an update or app support. We have to upgrade our security system because of this, which means more money out laid because they don’t wish to upgrade the app that controls a 5 year system. Very poor customer service. I won’t buy another Swann product nor will I ever recommend the brand.
App Not Working
App was working fine until I updated App to iOS 17. I have tried on my old phone and and the app works fine. Please fix
Never again
‘Login failed’ constantly, even though it was working fine, and will miraculously recover in a week. Swann support offers assistance that just doesn’t work. It’s like they know their products fail and send you around in circles til you just get fed up and give up and accept you’ve wasted $$ on an inferior product. Never ever again will I buy Swann.

Absolute junk this is my third Swann system now it’s shame on me!! Fix this app too!!

The worst App and security system available. App is completely unresponsive and useless with no support whatsoever.

Use Swann’s AlwaysSafe App, a much better app for these cameras with more features.
