App doesnt work well

The app and website don’t work well in general. It’s easy to get “something went wrong, call us” messages. I have been requested to fill my credit card information manually to a phone in the store even though my card was registered in the app. Also, my first delivery to home was not performed on time due to an operational issue. The problem is that I have not been informed about it before I reached out to customer service. If it is such problematic for the first delivery, I can’t imagine how it would be the appointments for repairs.

I recently signed up for a bike but I can’t use the app to plan a swap because the button on the home page doesn’t do anything. Clicking the link on the menu also has no effect.

I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 and it crashes as soon as it opens.

Living next to Olympic Stadium and still outside service area. Making an appointment for the shop next to my house is possible, but I have to wait 4 days to go there. Great concept, when it would actually work.

Swapfiets has no time to service your bike. If it breaks you'll be waiting a week before it's fixed

My bike is now broken for a month and noone is coming to fix. I book appointments (earliest in two weeks) but they just call you at the location (with no pre information) and If you miss the call they just leave (happened to me twice, called back 5 mins later). If you cannot have this service then whats the point in paying Swapfiets?!

Failed to deliver my bike. Suggested another delivery time in 4 days!!!! To pick up myself I have to make an appointment through the app but it crashes 1 second after I launch it
