Problem to open wallet, no secret phrase

I started a year ago then got more than 900 SweatCoin, now there was a wallet so I downloaded it and wanted to sign in but I never got a email about the wallet then I sent all of the sweatcoin to another acc and wanted to delete this one and this stupid system says to delete it you must contact the sweat team idk I contacted them almost a month-week ago but they never replied.

Not only did I not receive my item, but also the information about it. I have tried to contact the supplier many times but he ignores me. I then tried contacting the SweatCoin team expecting help and got no response either. Therefore, be careful when spending not only tokens but also your money in this app. Usually, crypto-based projects have a telegram account for community updates and fast support but this one does not.
