I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I paid for a car wash that was clearly advertised, but it was not done as agreed. My car was dirty and not washed properly. When I contacted customer support to raise my concerns, I was offered a discount coupon — which felt like a generic, inadequate response. What I expected was either a full refund or for the service to be redone properly — not to be forced into purchasing the service again with a discount. This approach shows a lack of accountability and respect for the customer’s time and money. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and focuses on honoring their commitments and resolving issues fairly in the future.

My appointment was at 5:45 and the driver was literally standing outside my neighbors house and i told him over the phone and whatsapp that my house was right next to it and he could not understand- customer care said they would help bim find the exact location although it was right next to him and did not help at all. I finally requested a refund and cancellation and they said we cannot cancel it!!! After literally calling them twice they agreed and returned the amount as credit!!! I requested a card refund later and they agreed eventually!!

الخدمة ليست ممتازه وفي كل مره اقدم شكوى يتم تقديم كود خصم واجباري على التعامل معهم مره اخرى عوضا عن عدم تقديم كويون مجاني او اعاده ارسال العامل لاعادة التنظيف، السوق كبير والمنافسين كثير والبقاء للأقوى..

لن يتم تكرار التجربة، تأخير وعدم التزام بالموعد، عدم احترافية او تدريب العامل، والأسوأ الأجهزة معطلة لا تعمل!!!

خدمه رائعه وعلى الوقت وسعر مناسب

They don’t do a good job at cleaning even though im paying for a full service plus the workers are always begging for extra money,water and food Im sorry but this is not a free service and im not doing charity for the cleaners honestly i took a package of 4 washes and would never take more

دفعت ٣٠٠ على بكج وللاسف من اسوء الخدمات .. الغسيل وسخ والفوط كلها تراب والغسيل بدون مويه مشخت البويه والنانو والمرايا مغبشه .. وخدمه العملاء مايتجاوبون لا واتساب ولا ابليكشن تجربه ماعيدها

قام عامل الغسيل بمحاول فك سجاده السائق الامامي وكسر قفل السجاده
