Sweet Dreams – Sugar Tracker

This app would be great if it updated automatically in sync with the Dexcom app, but the free version doesn’t. All I’ve used it for is to replace the Dexcom G6 widget that disappeared in a recent iOS update, and I added the widescreen complication to the Modular Duo face on my Apple Watch, so the number is much bigger than the Dexcom app and the graph is in the background. In case you were wondering (like I was), you can change the units to mmol/L. I kept my Dexcom complication for now to compare them today. Sweet Dreams shows you how long it’s been since it updated - it seems to go 30 mins+ unless you click on it. Often there can be a big difference between the readings as a result. I’ve taken photos as examples but can’t attach them. That defeats the purpose for me - accuracy is the most important thing. I assume most of the other reviews are for the paid version. I’d be happy to pay a one-off fee but I’m not willing to pay a monthly or annual fee.

You are able to setup a widget on your Lock Screen displaying your current blood glucose level. Dexcom has never thought it would be of benefit to supply a widget for their G6 cgm. Sweet Dreams has beaten them to the punch. Apple supplied a widget but it disappeared after a iPhone update. Without it I was lost hence my search for a replacement and I discovered Sweet Dreams and this is much more than I expected.

This app is undoubtedly the best choice for monitoring CGM if you’re using Libre and iOS. It offers seamless tracking of your glucose levels and integrates perfectly with Apple Health, filling the crucial gap left by the standard Freestyle Libre app. Thanks for making this possible!

Congrats and thanks to the dev team for the greatly improved 1.19 version (with iOS 18). Notifications are way more reliable and the watch notifications are super convenient. 🙏🏼

This is my dream app, blood glucose readings from every conceivable location! On my watch (I have two watch faces setup, one for sleep time and the other for normal, the sleep one has a large display so easy to read any time of the night!) - my iphone, the live activity display is genius, and my iPad also has a widget so no matter what device I use I instantly know my Libre CGM reading. Top quality app, well laid out and designed, and looks great! Thanks guys :)

I have been looking for an app where I can internationally share my glucose readings, and finally I found one. Not only do the premium features seem well, the basic free version does so much alone. Though some of the features are blocked off unless you’re a premium member, I think for the most important parts you get free anyways. The widgets are extremely helpful too, I enjoy that I can have them on my lock screen and stuff so it’s easier to manage my glucose in class or when it needs to be done quick. I really enjoy the graphing system too, and the fact you can customise everything to your needs. Even changing the colours. I like that the graph tells you the time and how much it’s decreasing / increasing and how quickly. That’s so super helpful and not something you’d see in the Dexcom app. I like that you can toggle the notifications and change the numbers to suit your needs. I really enjoy all these features, and I’m only using the free version!! Gods work! 🙏 Thank you for making this app so accessible!!! I never write reviews but I am so happy with this app.
