App not allowing us to sign with new QR code

Great yogurt

I’ve been getting scammed for months and can’t redeem my points and no one can seem to help me! What’s the purpose? This app is trash!!!

They advertise rewards in store and this app is only for ordering. Every other rewards app gives you a QR code to scan. This app is a waste of time.

All the stores near me the app only finds one 20 miles away. How do I get credit for purchases. Where is the QR code to scan? Or enter purchases manually.

I love my local Sweet frog, the staff Lilly & Lilly are both very welcoming and the store is always neat and tidy, they do an excellent job keeping the place clean! I appreciate their hard work! And above all the yogurt is the best tasting yogurt around! Thanks guys keep up the good work! 💕

This app needs updating none of the sweet frogs around me are listed in the location. Also the app should locations all of them and a way to track your points.

While I can find my local store in the app I can not add it to my store list to be able to start an order. Only the store in Poughkeepsie is on the list. I certainly don’t want to order from that store since it’s several hours away from where I live. I’d like to be able to change the store to the one that is 5 minutes from my home.

Needs more locations I know there’s one near me but it won't show on the app please fix.
