If you’re a tourist or a foreigner who doesn’t have an American credit card, the app is useless.

I used to constantly get upset with the food I’d eat, whether it was too much or too unhealthy. Breaking my back, and tiring out my brain attempting to find a restaurant that had both nutritional benefit and enjoyability in mind for the consumer. After seeing a recommendation online from a creator, I decided that maybe it would be good to try something new. I was dead wrong… IT WAS EVEN BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!! The flavors and textures just flowed throughout every single bite, not to mention the calorie friendly options?!? So many emotions flowed throughout every single fiber of my being when I discovered sweetgreen. I’m glad I found it.

Actually sources from local Farms and uses grass fed steak. Imagine they for a chain

Very slow and takes a while to update and change orders

They charge more delivery fees than takeout apps do. Most restaurants if you buy direct it’s cheaper. Took advantage of an offer but I’ll pass doing again

The food is good. It’s healthy for you. But I really wish someone else would open up a similar company because this place has the worst customer service online.

Awesome salad tonight. Perfect miso, salmon, baby spinach, white rice, and cabbage with miso dressing. So good.

I love this location, the tofu is amazing, the staff is fast with the prep, and the portion size is fair.

Gave the app experience 3 stars, however the food is a solid 5 star! Got work for your food with this app!

About once a week I place a pickup order with the app and when I actually arrive at the store they claim they never received it. What’s the point of an ordering app if you can’t trust your order will go through?
