I love this coffee shop!! Fabulous staff and the coffee and food are always top notch!

It might be a blessing in disguise since I'm saving money by not using the app, but it stopped working a while ago. Every time I try to view my order the app crashes.

I enjoy a well made, excellent flavor in a hot chocolate drink. I’ve been to many of the baristas that provide this and without question Sweetwater’s is so much better than anywhere I’ve been in the Chicagoland area. Also I think it’s worth saying that the attitude and level of service here exceeded all My expectations. The large coffee shops chains have lost to customer/client appreciation. Not at Sweetwater in Naperville. Rocky

No option for oat milk.

Ordering is as easy as it should be.

I love every drink I try here - the service is great , consistent, and this location is always quick, always delicious. My go to for coffee in Ann Arbor. My favorite drink is the Mint Julip!

App says account is already registered and it will send an activation code. It never does, even if you check spam folders.

If you want to change your password and you use your phone number to receive the confirmation code, you don’t get the code.

Tried to create an account to order online. Does not work. Just crashes.
