Poor app, doesn’t sync with their system. The password reset is a waste of time. Only works like other said using web login. The app keep stating “wrong username/ password”. Swensen, please do something to address this issue since so many users already highlighted this problem

After changing my password, and keying in the changed password. The app would still not let me login and would say error. I have deleted the app and it’s still like this. I can only login on google.

Apps logged me out. Keep getting pw error. Reset pw and it was successful however still giving pw error. Seems like I’m not the only one encountering this. SWENSEN’S you need to change the developer you worked with.

I have been unable to log in even after resetting the password repeatedly. It’s as though my membership data has disappeared. It was still working about a month ago.

Suddenly prompted for password, had error, reset and ended up still error. What is happening?

Pls rectify

Cannot log in. Even with reset password and still cannot log in with new password. Tried log in with Apple ID also cannot. It says ipaddress field is required.
