Scan not sharp/in focus

SwiftScan takes the photo to quick. This results in a unsharp scan. I have this for some month now and I was hoping it would be fixed .

Current version keeps crashing on iPhone XR

After scanning a document, the document keeps loading forever, never shows up before the app crashes. The app became useless like this.

Switched to subscription based model

It’s ridiculous how the developers made the app completely useless for paying customers that bought the app years ago. They “updated” the app to a subscription model and it now has become worthless to old users that BOUGHT the app. It’s ridiculous and I am surprised this is even legal.

Forcing subscription down your throat

I bought the full version quite some time ago, before the app introduced subscription. As far as I’m concerned that means I should be able to keep the functions I bought back then. Since the last update they blocked me from using the search function, basically forcing me to buy the subscription, which I’m not planning to do. So watch out when subscribing/getting invested into their app, they’ll probably force price hikes through your throat whenever they feel like. Time to find something else.

Ontwikkelaars waarom kan ik geen contact met jullie opnemen? Waarom moet ik ineens nog een keer betalen als ik al betaald heb? Waarom negeren jullie de klachten van bestaande klanten die jullie groot gemaakt hebben?

I paid a massive Eur 25 a few years ago and now most features are locked under a monthly subscription. Stay away from these developers!

Obvious, getting way to expensive now.

Went from great to worse

I bought the app back in the day when it was called Scanbot. After a few renames and switching to subscription-based, the app became worse with each update for me. I could still use the features for which I paid in the day, such as OCR, but that has been taken away now above seeing more ads. It has become too expensive to scan only a few times a year.

Free version so restricted that it’s useless

Showing the free version in the App Store qualifies as click bait. The free version is so restricted and interruptions by adds so frequent that it’s useless.

Reeds betaalde versie, toch opnieuw de vraag

Deze app werkt prima, maar ondanks dat ik reeds eerder betaald heb voor het gebruik van de app krijg na een update continue op nieuw de vraag of ik niet van de gratis versie naar een betaalde versie wil. Erg slecht / irritant
