This has a huge depth of training videos matched to your drill and plan which I’ve found fantastic. This app is also unique that is scaled the swim difficulty by the time completed. My Garmin sync was great.

Quite a unique and useful app. I like the CSS training approach and how the app can calculate your personal tempo timer settings. The stroke analysis is cool too. Although seems inaccurate for hand entry angle. The most infuriating aspect is syncing. The app can take anywhere from 1 minute to 24h+ to show your swim. Even though the workout is immediately visible in the native IOS health and workout apps. Not sure if others have had this issue and if there is a way to force the sync …. Hope there is a fix.
