The app makes it unclear which recruiting office is responsible for which posting. It is clear they get too many applicants per posting. Great for their corporate clients, terrible for job seekers. Applications tend not to advance on their own, meaning you must call the local office, who may then give you the number of the office who is responsible for the application you submitted. Some offices seem to be annoyed when you call. But without doing so the app doesn’t tell you when you haven’t been selected. (Either by design, or because the local offices are understaffed, not sure. )

This app has said connection lost error since I downloaded it. It hasn’t worked at all.

This app is a scam. Once you upload your info, there’s no other way to delete your account

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I was assured the position with specific hours was available and encouraged to apply, only to find out three weeks later—after countless attempts to follow up via calls, texts, and messages—that the job is no longer available. It’s incredibly unprofessional that I wasn’t informed sooner, especially since I’ve been trying to get answers for weeks. The lack of clear communication and responsiveness throughout this process has been unacceptable. I trusted that this opportunity was legitimate, but this experience has left me questioning your process. I hope this feedback helps you improve for future candidates, but unfortunately, this has wasted a significant amount of my time.

This review is tailored to the staffing company that decided to use swipe jobs. The other one star reviews are accurate. The temp agencies that use this app really make the value go down. Job selection is very slim, coupled with poor choices and discrimination. Before PrimeSource Staffing/Confidential acquired this app, these weren’t issues. This company has always been lazy and doesn’t keep any agents for more than a few months. Now the office only has 3/7 agent chairs filled and they are even more lazier. The reception lobby used to be bustling with people and now its dead quiet. They are cutting out human interaction and leaving it to apps to do all the work. Don’t work for a company that lazily uses an app to do all their work.

I contacted the phone support number in the app and some girl answered the phone saying what’s up like I was calling her personal phone. It was weird and extremely ghetto. Then I asked her if this was swipejobs and she still was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust this app.

You can only apply to one job. The app hardly shows the list even if you turn down a job. I need something asap. I can’t wait and wait and wait. Why would I wait on one job. Please make it to where we can apply at multiple and we can see the list.

I see jobs online but never have an opportunity sent. I have valuable job skills and the two jobs that have been sent to me expire out due to issues with the app. I can never get ahold of anyone in the app. I report bugs and issues or try sending a message and an error pops up something went wrong. My background report after a year applying I finally got through the requirements after constantly getting stuck half way due to app issues. Then my background report took so long I missed the job window. I have no background issues. I feel like some people in Oregon delegating jobs is not doing a great job. Everyone in other states seem to find the app useful. Hmmm… I see the jobs locally on the website but none showing on my app. I don't get it!! Is it an Iphone app issue or the app its self. Frustrating to never have the option to talk to someone. Very disappointed over the entire year and then some I've had this app. Get a new IT person this is silly!
