The email verification for newly created account not working and it’s frustrating,please work on it It has been more than 24hrs now trying to verify my email and still having issue with that

The Switch app is a very nice development; but the app is just poor. First, it’s very buggy. Poor enforcement of features, take Cards services for instance - takes time to load, it’s unclear, sometimes it’s not even accurate. The app has plain designs everywhere is just white; unclear controls. Too many taps required to completes basic tasks. The UI/UX just needs an overhaul really. The virtual dollar card feature, you can’t even fund with naira; you have to fund the dom account.

Uploading ID and signature for KYC keeps showing upload fail

Nice app nice interface, the only issue I have is the verification, no matter how many times I try again later it never works!!! Pls fix it.

Switch has leveraged simplicity, user friendly experience, exciting features on its app so far.

When you gather the most incompetent people from all over Nigeria, then you get an App like this. This app is beyond useless. The people supporting the app are very incompetent. The entire devops team, incompetent. This is a waste of time. Don’t bother using Switch, your financial life would be a mess. Kuda is way better.

When I saw the website, I was excited about what it offers, but the app is frustrating, and error messages pop-up at will. I couldn’t sign up easily. The product ui/ux needs improvement and some engineering work to fix bugs too.

I submitted all the useful details but unfortunately was saying Bvn is not validated

I got a domiciliary account in minutes and can now receive dollar payments in Nigeria!

I love this app, easiest way to make transfer abroad.
