Impossible to recover a lost password without sending your entire switch panel in! It’s 2024 yet we have this crappy app for expensive aftermarket lights. After switch pro themselves ambiguously instruct me to CUT the wires and send in the panel; they tell me it’s wrong (“wires cut too short” even tho it was the longest I could make them before going beyond the dashboard and they NEVER said a minimum length) and I need to buy a new one. FUVK NO. “Mike” in customer service refused to provide any accountability for the frustrating process and provided zero helpful solutions. So to reset my app password I had to cut the panel wires, mail it in, and now have them send it right back bc they want me to pay for a new one or kick rocks! ZERO STARS ZERO SERVICE
