It keeps crashing

Can you please check why the app keeps crashing

App is not working for some reason since beginning of March 2023. I would like a refund as I deleted the app from phone because it is not working anymore.

Would rate it zero if I could. The app is useless, the company really needs to redevelop the app and make it user friendly. Information on it isn’t even in real time.

So much quicker opening up the app than using the website, can use maps with one hand too instead of needing to drag with two fingers.

It tells you the license plate of the bus but not which of the routes! What absolute clod cobbled this together mushed their stumpy arms on the keyboard until this came out.

The app is very limited in its utility, does not show accurate live details of the bus. The live data is more of time table compared to actual status of the bus. The bus icons shown in the map only shows the vehicle number and not the rout number thus not helping us to know which route number the bu relates to.
