المكان ال مايختارش موظفينه يكونو ناس محترمة ومسئولة، مايستاهلش انه نستخدمه! لما ابقا بستخدم الابليكيشن عشان ابقا مسافرة مرتاحة وكل حاجة تكون مظبوطة وب مواعيد، ويجي كل كابتن يقرر مايعديش من المحطة ال بقف فيها ويقفل موبايله! تقف بقا ف الشارع بالشنط وتستنى انت بالساعة لحد م توصل لحد من الsupport ال برضه مش هايفيدك ب حاجة غير انه هو هايفضل يتكلم ب هدوء عشان دي شغلانته وعشان هما ماكلفوش نفسهم يختارو كباتن مسئولة ف مش هايكلفو نفسهم يشوفو حل ل مشكلتك

كانت تجربتي مع SWVL سيئة للغاية . السائق المُعين لرحلتي، لم يظهر في الموقع المحدد، وعندما تواصلت معه تحدث معي بطريقة غير لائقة وغير احترافية تمامًا. وللأسف، قام بإغلاق هاتفه بعد المكالمة الأولى، مما جعلني عالقًا وغير قادر على الوصول إلى وجهتي التي كانت في غاية الأهمية. هذا الموقف أظهر لي بوضوح أن SWVL خدمة غير موثوقة ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليها في المواعيد الهامة. غياب الاحترافية والمساءلة من قبل السائقين يعكس صورة سيئة للغاية عن الشركة. أنصح الجميع بالابتعاد عن استخدام SWVL إذا كانوا يقدّرون وقتهم وراحة بالهم.

مفيش طريقة تعرف بيها الباصات القريبة هتكون فين ومواعيدها ايه عشان تعرف هتمشي حالك ازاي. انت تكتب عايز تروح منين لفين ويقولك لا مش متاح. ف تقعد تغير في الاماكن لحد ما تخمن اقرب route لباص من عندهم. اللي منظم الابلكيشن بصراحة محتاج يترفض.

Application should be called Bugwvl or something, can’t properly track my ride before i get on it, after that it basically show my location They send msgs about in app promo codes that the application will confirm that you are eligible for it but never allow you to have it.

We are three women who requested a ride to return from Alexandria to Cairo. One ride was booked through my app, and my friend requested two additional seats because the app only allowed us to book two seats per ride. The scheduled ride was at 4:22 PM. We attempted to contact the driver, but his mobile phone returned an error. During the ride time, the company contacted us to inform us that the ride would be delayed by 30 minutes. After this, we received a notification stating that the ride had been missed. The company does not have a call center, so we were required to send them a message on Facebook. After 15 minutes, they called me back. Their proposed solution to the problem—three women stranded on the street needing to return to their home—was to wait for the next available ride. What a “wonderful” solution; I am surprised I didn’t think of it myself. Unfortunately, the next ride had only one available seat, even though we were three passengers. This demonstrates the company’s poor problem management. In conclusion, users have three options when faced with such issues: solve the problem themselves, figure out how to get home on their own, or wait in the street indefinitely. For these reasons, I do not recommend anyone use this app if they value safety and reliability, as the company does not take responsibility for its customers. #DoNotUseIt #SafetyFirst #Swvl

Useless app, can’t find any routes at any time and I can’t see your routes to decide the best one for me, this app can be anything instead a transportation one fr!!
