Die ESIM konnte nicht aktiviert werden, Support konnte nicht helfen. Geld nicht erhalten.

App stürzt ab
Beim scannen des Codes stürzt die App ab. Code also nicht scannbar und somit kann swype nicht benutzt werden.
Digitale Steinzeit
Mit Enthusiasmus die App runtergeladen, Kundenversprechen klang super. Doch bevor ich meine ID etc. hochgeladen hatte, sicherheitshalber noch die FAQ konsultiert. Und da steht, dass es keine Dual eSIM für die iWatch Ultra gäbe, „man arbeite an einer Lösung“. Sorry, aber das ist in der heutigen Zeit völlige Steinzeit. App gelöscht, kein Providerwechsel möglich. Meldet euch, wenn ihr das so wie andere könnt.

Ich kann nichts schlechtes über Swype sagen.bin seit Jahren Kundin und immer zufrieden.Auch der Kunden Service per Mail klappt wunderbar.Hilfsbereit und Freundlich

Über 2 Stunden im Kundenchat ohne 1 mal sich zu melden. Keine Telefonnummer wo sie erreichbar sind. 0 Kundenorientiert. Nicht Hilfsbereit. Tarif bucht es nicht ab wen nicht gedeckt und kann nachträglich auch nicht abgebucht werden.

Der Preis ist verlockend aber
alles andere ist eine Riesenkatastrophe. Meine eSIM funktioniert einfach nicht, keine Infos bezüglich auf wann mein anderes Abo gekündet wurde, oder ob das überhaupt funktioniert hat. Aber Hauptsache schon schön Geld abbuchen auch wenn rein gar nichts funktioniert. Der Support ist an Unfähigkeit nicht zu überbieten, die haben absolut gar keine Ahnung und können nichts machen. Jetzt wird mein Problem angeblich von der IT Abteilung behandelt, aber ich habe jetzt über eine Woche nichts mehr gehört. Ich will mir gar nicht vorstellen wie diese IT-Abteilung aussieht …
