App not working from iPhone 12. Sadly it is a Singapore company making Singapore a shame.

Why are album arts enlarged and look so distorted?

Why is it that everytime the app require us to update, the existing app will not recognize our profile and account? If we were onboard a flight without internet connection then what? Is sxfi a technology not meant for flight? Seriously?

Under “Manage my devices”, app can’t seem to detect my outlier V3.

iOS Files are restrictive and this just make it worse

Not even value for my money! Why restrict us to use a totally crap app that we can sync up my Spotify!

Am using IPhone Xs. Downloaded the app as I was excited to try out Sxfi. There was no way to detect my device on the app. Further more, there was no music on the Sxfi app at all even tho my apple library is filled with music. Please fix. The app is rendered useless.

Just bought the outlier air v2 and wanted to try the software SXFI feature... but guess what? It is not recognized as an SXFI device even though it has connected and playing well with every other media apps. Disappointed as this seems the only way to bring the profile into the listening experience. Without it... it is just another headset... Edited: cannot even access Apple Music... so I am stuck with exactly 1 song to which does SXFI ... this app is so bad in quality I wished I could give no star.

Could not be done if you are alone. Good idea. But how that could be done? And there is no way to skip the ear mapping for just face mapping

It is silly to ask users to scan the shape of both their ears. If I’m alone, how do I even scan it if I cannot see the camera?
