Awesome festival!

A consistent part of the SXSW experience: a confusing app. Every year, an almost predictable disappointment. Some snapshots. Every speaker is labeled as 'speakers' (?), without job title or other relevant data. The app does not have a memory - well, it remembers the day, not more. Once you switch to your agenda or something else, and you return to the app, you go back to the top of the day's schedule. Ads get in the way. The option 'look who is around' never works but you get reminders to use it every hour or so. There is more. It is an unpleasant experience and unpractical, cumbersome. It is ironic for this event to offer this. Abby, the chatbot: isn't very smart.

full of bugs, navigation horrible, venue map does not show venue, hangs, non-intuitive interface. The worst sxsw app in years.

Absolute class A app: can't do without it here on SXSW

This app is and has always been awful. For a tech conference that purports to be some swingin’ johnson in the industry, you’d think the geeks could come up with something other than this garbage.

Spent 30 minutes saving events I wanted to attend and people I wanted to meet and it didn’t save any of it

Apart from the crappy UX, messed up dates and times after midnight, it crashes a lot, then randomly signs you out and gives you login errors when you try to get back in. I am using the saved password which then works fine a few hours later. Needs Work!!

Your app is awful. Crashes every time I open it. Cannot link wristband. Not easy to use to follow. We are all making fun on it and the irony.
