Really helping manage my anxiety
I’ve had a great experience so far. The simple check-in on my well-being identified that I should work on my anxiety. I’ve been doing the daily challenges and I’ve found that it keeps me ahead of the anxious thoughts that usually keep in during the day. Also nice to know I can speak to a counsellor or a GP (and I hear there are Physios coming further down the line) in the app as well.
