DO NOT BUY THE PRO SUBSCRIPTION THERE IS QUITE LITERALLY NO OPTION IN APP TO CANCEL IT!!!!!

Long story short, don’t download this and sign up unless you wanna be paying for it for the rest of your life. They won’t let you cancel! I signed up for a subscription to Symbolab when I was in college so that I could take advantage of the extra features. Well I recently graduated and don’t need the subscription anymore. I’ve been trying to cancel for several months now, but every time I log into my account and try to change my subscription, it gives me an error. I’ve tried contacting their support line, but they don’t respond. And they continue to charge me every month.

This app is really simple to use and it gets the problem done quick and easy IT’S ALSO FREE!!! and that’s really hard to find when it come to math apps. (love it😭❤️)

Well I got this to help me on my homework and they multiplied 18x17 incorrectly so I don’t know how to feel about this….

I’ve been trying to get my subscription canceled for over 3 days now and I’ve only received one email, these people will try to pocket your money even when you don’t have a use for this app anymore, there is no reason for them to not have a opt-out or “cancel subscription” in their app where you’re able to manage your account, DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP

its a cool app but can’t really give me the answers all it says is no support for this problem

the app looks pink like some high contrast and doesn’t have any words or buttons. i could provide screenshots if i had an email to send them to. additionally, i’m a paying customer who uses the website daily, so this is very dissapointing.
