It doesn’t work at all when trying to connect it to the lights cs I got it from target and when i got it it was on this blue light and when I downloaded this app it was supposed to work but it didn’t

Not even a remote came with mine, downloaded the app doesn’t even work I can’t connect it to my phone so?

Note sure why the app has such low rating. It gives plenty of lighting options that are really cool and are well crafted.

I just need help. The lights are connected but just won’t turn on. I had the same issue yesterday but they turned on after a little while. It has been almost 2 hours of me trying to troubleshoot this issue on my own since the linked website on the App Store goes no where.

App does not work at all. These LEDs were a complete waste of money and I should have known based off previous reviews. This is one of the worst apps I have ever had and it disconnected from my lights in less than a day…now it will not even scan for my device. This app needs to be fixed!!!

The remote it came with is not working I tried to change the battery and is still not working so I used this app and it worked and on the 2nd day of having this it just stopped responding I spammed the button I tried the remote again the button on the cord won’t work I unplug it and plug it back and it works but this app is not running well

i turned it in and it worked for liek 5 seconds then it died and never turned back on so yeah

Nothing can connect. App hardly works at all. Scam.

THIS IS THE WORST APP IVE EVER USED FIRST OF ALL I CANT EVEN CONNECT IT AND ALSO THIS APP IS SO STUPID MY BABY COULD MAKE A BETTER APP OF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION I WOULD USE IT

LEDs(10) Speaker(9)sounds a little bad Charger(9.5) Probably faster and better then a regular Clock(8.5)Wrong time if I want to wake up at 6:00 I have to put it to 3:00 to wake up on time Over all 5.3/10 but ofc I can’t do that so 5 stars Bro it work’s something is wrong with you or yours if you put 1 star
