symplr Access

Error of “no network connectivity” whenever I go to upload a credential. Literally useless app, yet another roadblock to limit us from supporting our customers.

This developer is pressuring hospital administration to book all services through this app, even though it’s not pharmaceutical-friendly. I don’t understand why some hospital secretaries insist on using it, especially since my company does not allow its use.

An actual dumpster fire would be more useful than this app. At least it would keep me warm for a while. This app, and Symplr’s absolute lack of concern, just leave me cold and bitter year after year. Five year old reviews read just like yesterday’s reviews. Symplr simply doesn’t care, full stop. Hospital administrators, please stop enabling this trash to be perpetrated on all of your vendors and service professionals. You rely on us, but foist this requirement on us to use a system that collects data and then just sits on it like a dragon on it’s hoard, useless in the field because it is inaccessible. A couple of times a year I give this fecund little string of code another chance, and every time I feel like the victim of a hate crime.

Considering what we pay for this service, it is no wonder hospitals are dropping you left and right. The most big infested app I’ve ever used. Plagued with problems!

How disappointing that even with all the negative reviews Symplr hasn’t made this app any better. They obviously don’t care about the users, only the cash in Symplr’s pockets. It’s a terrible Vendor Credentialling System all together!!

For the ridiculous price we pay for Symplr you think they would have an app that works. App is absolutely useless and always freezes and crashes. I have to log in to a desktop to do anything. Symplr is terrible !

This app is the worst. Faceid never works, always gives me an error. Every time I hit manage credentials the app freezes and I have to force close and log back in. It simply will not work. Every time you sign into a facility it makes you click 23 buttons. Why do I have to hit “ok” after I choose an option that I literally just selected. You CANNOT depend on this app to be working if your job requires you to sign in at a hospital. It’s absolute garbage.

Would love to submit credentials, but the spinning wheel seems to spin forever. Closed the app and logged back in, still spins. Complete racket of a company.

This app is unusable. Literally. I have not been able to log in using the app in months.

Vendor Credentialing is a scam in itself. It’s no wonder the app is unreliable and provides nothing of value
