SyncUP KIDS

When I first purchased the watch for our daughter I loved it. It was five stars. I loved the fact that I could see where she was and refresh with no problem. Now that they moved it to T Life it doesn’t keep up with her location even with me refreshing it. If I could it would be 0 stars. I hope this gets fixed very soon.

I purchased the T-Mobile Synkup Kids Watch hoping it would provide a reliable way for my child to stay connected, but it has been nothing but a hassle. The battery died within four months, and though it was replaced under warranty, the new one had speaker issues from the start. The app is unreliable, frequently crashes, and is generally a headache to use. This watch is far from trustworthy, and I genuinely think it should be pulled from the market. If you care about your child’s safety and reliability in a device, avoid this watch entirely.

Well I wish this app worked. Just tells you to download the t Mobil app which is nothing but constant issues. Not user friendly at all…wish they would have just stuck with this app for the watch

We are struggling in tacking our kids. The up does not update the location, and the up constantly throwing error. I hope it can be fixed and function like SyncUP kids.

The app is not letting me create an account. It telling me an error. Supposedly this app should help me see my child's location and everything. So the purchase of the watch was for nothing it’s ridiculous!

They work great for both kids. It does what I need. To be able to text or call the kids.

La ubicación falla, aveces está el reloj en casa y me alerta que está en otra dirección. Tampoco alerta a tiempo cuando el reloj sale del margen establecido. Sería bueno que sea preciso gracias
