The Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app provides Synovus commercial customers secure and easy-to-use cash management tools with the ability to bank and manage business anytime, anywhere, across any device. With the Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app, businesses can monitor accounts, transfer funds, pay vendors and employees, manage deposits and much more.
Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app offers a single point of control to service modules, such as:
• Accounts and Transactions
• Information Reporting and Intraday Reporting¹
• Mobile Deposit
• User and Policy Management
• Statements
• Robust Alerts
• Business Bill Pay²
• Zelle® for your business²
• External Account Aggregation²
• Financial Management Tools²
• Stop Payments
• Automated Clearing House (ACH)¹
• Domestic and International Wire Transfer¹
• Positive Pay¹
Permissions:
• Location permissions are necessary to determine your current location to display nearby Synovus locations/ATMs and provide mapping directions.
• Camera permissions are necessary for you to use the Mobile Deposit feature or to scan a Zelle® QR Code.
• Internet access permissions are necessary for the app to connect with Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app.
• Minimum system requirement: iOS 16 or higher.
• Access to your device’s contacts is required for Zelle®.
• Access to your device’s photos is required for Zelle® when selecting a QR code from your saved images.

Error-prone app
App falsely says signatures and corners of checks are missing. App reports “successful deposit,” then notifies business owner BY MAIL that deposit amount has been deducted from account, the bank claiming falsely a signature is missing. Requires customer to call Synovus to try to figure out bank’s error.
Online banking
This is an excellent app for me. I don’t have to go to the bank just to deposit a check I don’t have to call a bunch of numbers just to check to see if a check has cleared or not. Love it

Easy to navigate especially with multiple accounts!!

Disappointed
The app is good for doing some things, however, I a, disappo8nted that I cannot transfer from this Business Estate Account to my personal savings account. I have to send the money by Zelle to a Wells Fargo checking account and then to my personal Synovus Account. This is not the apps fault as the bank itself prohibits this transfer, supposedly for fraud purposes. I have banked here for over 50 years in both my family business, and personally. I will be looking for a bank that is more personable, with apps that will allow , e to transfer moneys to be distributed to heirs.
