Constantly freezes, search function is nearly useless. Try searching for a 7inch round dome lid for a 7inch foil bowl. Honestly just over Sysco shop, used to be decent but now just messy. Thankfully it’s renewal time for our contract, so we may be switching over to US foods.

I operate a seasonal business and had no issue ordering last summer via the app. This summer it continuously says couldn’t refresh feed please retry. Doesn’t populate items. Grrr

I use an older iPhone 7 and that doesent support ios 16 what is required with the latest sysco store App. So basically i cant see my previous orders and pricing anymore and cant order online!! No feedback on sysco!!! Well good thing my us food App is still loading on my phone… see ya

This app has only gotten worse. I can’t search items, everytime I add an item from my already made list I have to close the app or it buffers for 60-90 seconds, half the time the order doesn’t actually synch

The app has been consistently not working correctly for the past 6 months or so. There’s always some issue with searching items or it not allowing me to submit my orders.

This feature is basically required to place an order and it doesn’t work, what’s annoying too is the update is required, so it’s required to break your functionality. This needs to be fixed asap.

This app is good for the most part but there’s a last-minute upsell page in the form of a “did you forget something” prompt. It’s placed right after you submit your order. I submitted an order and then received a message from my rep the next day telling me that my order was still open. This is an issue on the website as well. Remove this prompt immediately.

Pick up orders very confusing, trying to place an order for pick up and it always goes to delivery, pick up order should be pick up orders, not “will call” neither delivery.

That is all. Everything else about it is awesome!

Only my second week using the app and at the submit order screen it never finished loading. I’ve switch from work wifi to phone data and back with the same result. So I went home where my at home wifi is super fast, same issue. Only with the Sysco app by the way. Nothing else on the phone is lagging at all. Frustrating not being able to submit the order after filling the whole thing out. Hope they put the money into this app to make it function correctly eventually because outside of this issue it’s very handy.
