T-Mobile DIGITS

Deleted the app again, does not work.

T-Mobile charges $10 monthly for an additional digits number that doesn’t work. Avoid.

I like being able to see and reply to my text messages on my iPad BUT, when I delete phone calls, they DON’T STAY DELETED!! I have deleted the same 25 phone calls 5 times and they keep reappearing in my calls list🤬

T-Mobile digits Could be better if they wanted it to be better. They truly ignore this app, and they are ripping people off for bad service. I pay $10.00 a month for something that I hope will improve. I use this number as my work phone and it’s been a let down. After a month 😔😔

Does not work on prepaid accounts it seems although advertised for “all customers”.

The app is getting worse over the last year. I receive business calls and cannot answer them, I try to make calls and I cannot place them. This has nothing to do with location or the network as it happens everywhere. Have deleted and installed app multiple times, disabled and re-enabled lines. Likely going to be switching all my lines over to a new provider.

I wish I could give it zero stars! I am not able to view 75% of my text messages. Phone calls often don’t work or I can’t answer in coming calls. The missed call notifications will not go away even after all messages have been checked. I tried all of the trouble shooting options, none of them work. I thought this app would help me get rid of having to carry two phones, it was a very poor decision, mission NOT accomplished!

I hat happened to this app, it really used to be my go to app for my business. But with the recent update I don’t receive any text messages unless I open the app and refresh the messages. Really disappointed by this app recently, I have to find an alternative.

Calls and messages drop or don't go through. The app won't clear missed calls once you view them so I have 20 missed calls all the time. Have tried deleting and re-downloading, signing in and out, even clearing my call log and still shows 20 missed calls. This app has no tech support team to assist with any issues. 0/10 would not recommend.
