I found JC and T3 Body on an instagram ad and it sparked my interest as everything is literally custom for your body. I have some issues I had to work around such as stenosis in my neck from playing football when I was younger, so a standard workout plan and routine wasn’t in my game plan. I was in and out of the hospital for a year with my neck. Also had low energy and some serious brain fog. I told JC all about what I was looking to accomplish and what my issues were and boy was I impressed with the results. After reviewing my blood panels JC put a custom workout and meal plan together along with custom vitamins based on my blood work and I’m shocked at the results after one month. My brain fog is totally gone, I no longer have a hard time waking up, my neck feels great after my workouts etc. This was by far one of the best investments I have made! After stumbling along with getting back in shape for work and life I found the T3 system. I have been a member for 2+ months now. I can feel my body waking up an responding.
