Really clear, distinctive sounds marking reps, rounds, and sets. Large, high contrast countdown numbers. Our training group loves it.

Simple effective and free

I use this as run interval timer. It never glitches, seemlessly gives interval notifications and goes back to playing my music, very adaptable and easy to use. Great app. I would highly recommend it!

This has been a great app. Started using it in my own training then used to incorporate it into my clients sessions also. Used to be annoying cos the buzzer would go off in both earphones and phone but have noticed that has been fixed so no longer disturbing other people . Great job !

Saves me thinking and I can just listen to the beeps!
