TableOne Reservations

Redownloaded today thinking I’d return to the app I knew and loved. Paying for the *possibility* of a reservation is kind of absurd & hard for me to justify. Was excellent while it lasted!

This app not work, I did not get a single notification about an open reservation but got plenty of notifications from Resy. Waste of my money.

not sure what changed from the old design but once it became a paid service notifications and table availability became much less frequent.

I honestly really like the app and that’s why I was ok paying for it. However when I open it, I just get a blank screen. I still get the alerts but I can’t open the app. I tried deleting it and re download it but that didn’t work.

Was a good app before the devs went back on promises to keep reservations accessible and free.

make people pay? Ludicrous and ridiculous

I never leave reviews for apps but I’m so annoyed by this app that I couldn’t resist. I loved using this app until they suddenly and without warning required users to pay for the same features we’ve used for free for months. This app is useless to me now because why would I start paying now? Talk about a bait and switch!

This app worked wonders prior to the update. Charging is ridiculous but I am willing to pay for it if it works properly. I have a completely flexible notify set but it’s only alerting me for reservations 7 days out when if I go on resy for the same restaurants I can see more available reservations.

I first got into using this app when I needed help getting reservations at hard-to-get restaurants. It ease my days of having to check Resy everyday and being 1 step slower than everyone else. With the old UI, I get to see empty reservation slots for every restaurant featured on the app in live mode. After their update, while the UI looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I don’t get to see reservation slots anymore. I will click on a restaurant and it will show a picture of the restaurant, the statistics of number of pax likely to book for that restaurant, and a button to create an alert. So, if you were late to an alert and even if that slot is still open, you won’t be able to see that slot in the app. And they’re charging $9 a month or $49 annually!!! This is outrageous given there was twice in the month that I paid where the live updates went out!! I don’t think the $9 I spent was worth it at all. In the end, Resy notification alert gave me the reservation that I needed. I wish I can ask for a refund. This is really disappointing.

App used to be great, alas greed conquers all. New update ruined the app.
