Retronyms has partnered with industry giants like Akai Professional and Arturia to create some of the Tabletop-Ready Apps, like iMPC, iMini, and iProphet! Using the Tabletop features of time stretching and pitch shifting, you can slice loops and time stretch them to different tempos and pitches in iMPC Pro. You can also use sliced loops from purchased AudioCopy sound packs inside Gridlock and iMPC Pro. Loops from these sound packs will automatically match the tempo of your sessions.
Tabletop is an audio playground where you can create beats, compose songs, mix live, make mashups with samples from your iPod library, and more... the possibilities are endless. Plug the output of a keyboard into a delay to add an echo, or wire it up to a mixer and adjust the pan. Chain up multiple effects to create new and evolving sounds.

Nice concept but greedy

Nice concept with a lot of possibilities, but the rip-off priced in-app instruments and effects you realize you have to buy after you have already paid for the app makes this a bad deal. Buy something else, I would say

Efter man fået programmet så skal man også købe de individuelle "maskiner" hvor mange af dem koster 30 eller mere.

A little disappointed

A little disappointed with this. The layout is kind of unwieldy and the components all pretty stripped down (possibly to get people to pay up for more exciting content). Would have had no interest in this if I'd had a chance to try it out first.

Literally useless

App crashes every time I load it. Can’t even get past the initial splash screen. They just updated the app and it still won’t open. Contacted customer support, no reply. This environment looks so cool but I guess I’ll never know what it’s actually like saying it doesn’t even open. -5 stars

Doesn’t work anymore

Used to be great!

I couldn’t give this app a rating because it doesn’t deserve one! I’ve had an iPad before along with tabletop one of my most used apps, and now that I have another one I can’t do any of the stuff I used to do. Wow! I would make it free also.

Sorry, some how I felt, even though having this much power, it lacked clarity and coherence. It seems a bit hazardous! Apologies, had high hopes! Truly I did ! Deleted.

App is broken, will not open

I have done everything you can to reset my devices as far as using this app and it will not open. screen loads for about 5 seconds and then crashes. closes and goes back to home screen. however the app remains “open” and will not go away without uninstall.

What update just sent causes my app to keep on crashing my auto copy keep on crashing

Now I just updated my app recently our user is at fault coming on over 10 years now but this update is really disturbing. I have four songs completed. I updated my MPC to the pro to and now my app is crashing. My auto copies is removed. what do you do? So now i guests I have to wait for the update to this update wow were someone halfway sleep or under the influence of something when they uploaded this update for us Thee user of the product I’ll be waiting have some work to complete, thank you support 🫡🤔
