Simply connect your Tacx Smart trainer to the app, and the world becomes your playground. Explore our large collection of high-quality training films that will guide you through everything from famous spring classic rides to the mountains of the Alps. You can also create your own workouts and control every aspect of your ride. 

While you train, your speed, power, cadence and heart rate are displayed on-screen. All your indoor training data automatically loads to the Garmin Connect™ app, where you can track and analyze your training stats afterward. 

Thanks to the Tacx Training app, year-round cycling just became a whole lot simpler. Download and use the app for free or select our Premium or Premium HD options.

My TACX Trainer is my best “Toy” Ever! Have 2 actually. Love It!!  I have now done over 500 rides, riding on my own physical bike with my own gears. Each one a moment spent quelling my Travel Bug  and exploring new places in the world, and even reriding some places I have done in real life. Only issue is with their latest change, where the start screen for a hill climb stays on the screen WAY TOO LONG, and you miss so much of the scenery in behind. Otherwise Love,  love, LOVE my TACX trainer.  TACX Garmin, Thank You! Look forward to more movies.

I have been using Tacx Training app off and on for about three years connected to my Tacx Neo Bike. The videos are varied and often beautiful. They make training time go by quickly. That said, there are a number of frustrating glitches to the programming. For example, when coasting at high speed downhill the app will often automatically pause and require you to accelerate again from 0 kph. The only solution I’ve found is to keep your pedals turning even if your speed and gearing won’t let you apply power. More recently, the hill climb window has been updated to display pitches, distance and height remaining etc. but the programming / math is flawed such that height remaining is calculated based on average pitch and distance travelled. The result is that you get crazy results on climbs with varied pitches including negative % gradients and height remaining near the top of steep climbs.  

Though garmin connect now allows you to track some aspects of progress over time and personal records, there is no easy way to compare your performance over time on any given ride.  A real missed opportunity.

Maybe I’ll take a break and go back to Zwift again.

I have a home trainer tacx Flux S , learn that it is compatible only with Garmin Smartwatch, bought a watch and it's still not working as it should. Connection is not stable when you can connect and activity stopped in the middle of a training. You need to close everything and restart from y'ur training from the beginning. Would never recommend anything from Garmin again. And don't answer me to contact Garmin Support... it's just a dump. nobody respond other thing than we are sorry... very bad experience. Too bad, you used to do good stuff
