Apple sign In does not work
I’m registered on the app with a Gmail account but the app will not allow “apple sign in” to log in. If this can be updated and fixed I’ll upgrade the rating

When a teacher shares a new resource with you, you’ll be notified automatically by your preferred method of communication—email, push notification, or both.
The Tadpoles Parent app allows you to
* seamlessly communicate with your child’s teachers;
* provide daily drop off notes and contactless health screenings;
* receive updates, daily reports, videos, photos, and resources from your child’s teacher that connect to classroom experiences;
* interact with multimedia playlists filled with family-friendly activities, videos, children’s books, and songs;
* receive and share videos, photos, and resources from your child’s teacher;
* get automatic notifications about new posts by your preferred notification method;
* easily toggle between multiple children;
* facilitate family observations for inclusion in the assessment process whether in-class or remote learning; and
* be assured that all content is private and secure.

Not Very Useful
Every month I have to delete the app and reload it just to it updates months to get the updates.
Hope for some updates
Daily Report never loads the first time I open the app - it won’t advance past Refreshing status. I have to force close the app every day to get the report to load. I’d love to see a bug fix for this I don’t enjoy the Try This content, advice & stock photos. I wish the home page would stick to the updates about my kid from the school
Wish we could go back to the last version
Having two kids in daycare now, the way the new version displays is not intuitive and user friendly.
Worse app ever
This app doesn’t work, it constantly have bugs, unable to pull up report. I will have a talk with my childcare provider to explore another app for communication because this is not it.
This App is hot garbage

Only 3 tabs at the bottom
Is there a reason my parent app does not have the chat or the library tab?
Functionality terrible
Functionality 1. It’s like they don’t realize the app is bad, and needs upgrades
App Does Not Update
I have received several notifications regarding my children but when I go into the app those updates are NOT THERE.
Constant problems
Constantly have to delete and redownload to use. App stops refreshing and prevents any input. Pretty pathetic user experience, can’t wait for our daycare to change apps.
