Great resource!
This is great. Good for beginners. Simple to follow and implement into my training. I came over from a different style of TKD and this helped me transition. Affordable and convenient as well!
Amazing!
I received my 1st Dan Black Belt a few years ago but had to stop practicing due to some medical issues.. I’m back at it now and wanted something that I could review the ITF Patterns with. This app provides this but also goes over the 2 step sparring... I do not see one step or 3 steps in the app, but that is ok. You can switch angles on the videos and slow them down. This is True International TaeKwonDo complete with Sine-Wave and proper breathing. I would love to know who the people are that are in the videos, they are amazing in the Videos know their stuff! If you want a true ITF app as a reference, this is the one!!

Movements are not clean and crisp. New learners need instruction at a slower speed. Looks rushed.

this app is the only information source of the true Taekwon-Do technics! This is the first time i can hear the right breathing while performing the moves. Thanks!

i'm new to ITF Taekwon-Do and now i have all the tuls for the rest of my life to train))) great reference application - our trainer suggested the whole group to get it. i would be glad to know the names of those masters who show the tuls.
