TAG Heuer Connected

The watch and My IPhone 11 Max Pro do not communicate with each correctly. Google Apps do not work accordingly... Fit App Heart Rate App... etc. I do not get the following notifications... iMessages WhatsApp Sms... etc. Literally nothing works except for Phone calls. Please help!!!

After 4 days with the watch I regret my purchase. The app and watch are VERY glitchy as the watch is unresponsive to changes to the watch face I make on the app and the watch doesn’t even show the face I select depending on which I select. The app is updated. The phone is a new top of the line iPhone. The watch is connected. Issues started happening when Tag added more faces to the app, so it’s definitely a software glitch. Very annoyed that it’s not working properly.

When I first purchased this watch and downloaded the app, it connected using Wear OS and the TAG Heuer app. Then your infinite wisdom combined the two apps. Everything was functioning correctly until approximately 2 months ago. All my notifications on my iPhone stopped being sent to my E4 Calibre and stopped being sent to the Notification center of my iPhone 12. I am an avid Apple user so I do know my way around my phone. Long story short, I removed my watch, still no change. I re-added my watch but then deleted your app and everything started functioning correctly again. All my system notifications (i.e., WhatsApp, banking, iMessages, etc.) started appearing on my E4 watch and in my phone notification center. so it seems to me the only thing your app is good for is watch faces because I still am able to use Google Fit to track all my fitness needs.

Love the look of the watch and the screen quality along with the watch faces but the connectivity is random with my phone and disappointing.

Great app with a fantastic interface and functionality! Could you please consider adding an option to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units within the app? Sometimes, the language settings don't seem to respond accordingly.

The watch face selection is very nice , lots to choose from and customize. The golf gps portion is absolutely horrible. It takes an extended amount of time to figure where you are. The watch never stays connected to the phone it’s constantly saying reopen wear iOS. Cmon 3 apps must be installed and opened to get your golf gps watch to accurately tell you how far away the hole is. That is when it decides it wants to stay connected to the gps and your phone. The price I paid for the tag connected golf edition is definitely not worth it. Get a cheap garmin!

Great Tag. I love it !!!

I was getting connection issues when I first used this watch & app last March but are now fixed since. The app is not perfect but gets the job done based on my needs and use. My only “complaint” is that I cant get Mario theme/faces and that we dont get new watch faces regularly and had to rely on third party apps (which i do not prefer). Overall I am happy with the watch and app, and hoping that we could get new watch faces every now and then. Give us Mario faces!!
