Everytime I log in, all I see is white screen. I can’t navigate the app. But says here the new version is compatible with my device.

I am 100% sure that I typed the identical password that I chose but it kept saying “password does not match”. Please fix it as I am unable to register an account. Also please fix the interface of the app. I cannot scroll down and the page gets blocked by the keyboard as I’m typing. Please scroll the page up for the keyboard to not block the screen. Thank you.

They said that it’s the first time I’m logging in to my account using the same exact device I’ve been using for the past year. And they even “sent” OTPs to the number I’m currently using and I haven’t received any. I tried multiple times to ko avail.

Hope that this upgrade is applicable to those mobile phones that is not yet upgraded version of OS. For us to continue using the app. Thank you.

Very reliable App. Looking for future improvements and I hope it will support paymaya/gcash transfers soon. And lastly hope it will support biometric log in funtion

Good jod team! But i hope you can add a feature that will allow user to edit or update his/her personal information especially changing phone number or password. It is more convenient and hassle-free. Thank you! 😊

Recommended to have the app a feature that enables/allows the user to transfer money to Gcash account.
