One purchase gets the entire DVD contents. All David-Dorian Ross DVDs are about $30, but the IAP is $9.99. It’s a great deal for this streaming or downloadable video lesson. Much cheaper than the. DVD edition for the complete 30-min workout and much more convenient. I love his casual, follow-along style that lets you get into the flow of tai chi. Excellent teacher with a flowing workout style that is very enjoyable. Update: 2023 app revision works perfectly. Small file sizes, esp when you just use the streaming. Thanks DDR! More please
I can get the dvd for the same off of Amazon, plus I have no real idea what I’m truly getting here. Mostly just adds, not what I was looking for.
I just read some other reviews asking “what do I get?” This seems to be a repackaging of the DDR’s Tai Chi Fit Over 50 DVD, which I had (but lost and sorely missed). Rather than replacing the DVD, I opted for the app which seems to have everything that is on the DVD. These days I’m finding it more convenient to have digital versions of books and videos on all my screens.
The free version of this app offers an number of previews of the full program. The full program is an easy to follow tai chi form that is wonderful for those new to tai chi or those looking for a short exercise. Great production value, well instructed, nothing complicated here, and David-Dorian is a super teacher! An excellent value 5.99 for the full instructional video.
What exactly do you get for $5.99? One video? Two? Ten? Thirty? I’m very interested, but need more information before buying.
The free app is nothing more than an ad for his $6 download. I also question his claim that he is a “Master” teacher. It sounds like a title he gave himself.
Exactly how many video workouts is “all” when the popup message asks if one wants to unlock all videos for $5.99? It’s a mystery. I don’t want to buy something when it looks as if there is only one 30-minute workout video to unlock, not several. No thanks.
