The app developers have food taj hotels. The Hotel services and app do not match.

Good app with nice facilities

This is the most non user friendly app. It just takes you to the TAJ bookings, no records are shown like other apps. Once the sign is done it should remain to check points, booking status etc. kindly upgrade this app, presently it is not meeting the TAJ standards at all. Too slow and navigation is painful.

Neither the app nor the website have been optimised for mobile usage. The complete calendar does not show up on an iPhone. The Saturday column can’t be seen. How does one do a booking. The Marriott bonvoy app is far more intuitive and UI friendly.

I have been trying to use this app for ages. Trying is the operative word. It is a pity that the designers of this app have not heard of the terms UI/UX. Taj hotels needs to understand that customer engagement starts when the customers book the room. Not when they arrive at the hotel. This entire experience is an unmitigated disaster. Best that Taj shuts down their app and at least save its brand

This app is just a way to get to the taj website; nothing more. It’s more convenient to open the website on safari for easier navigation. The app doesn’t have any option to login and look at your bookings or saved searches etc like other hotel chain apps. Hope they update the app regularly to improve it going forward.

The upgraded version is simple, nice and helpful. From bookings to information the app has the required bells and whistles! The booking process is easy and friendly. Seems a lot more coming! Keep it up!
