I have great experience using the app. It’s user friendly and it was so easy to book a trip. It would be nice if the interface would also allow users to see available trips for each month in a panel type or list view unlike the interface right now but all in all this app is great. Hope the developer would take notice of this suggestion. Thank you 😊

keeps crashing

Tried installing and reinstalling it several times, it’s not working and just keeps on crashing.

We had a trip going to buscalan, kalinga and it was all worth it. Me, together with my friends started by booking our trip with their app which made it easy for us to find our destination and settle things using wire transfer. After we booked our trip, details were confirmed and set. All we had to do next was prepare our personal kits and the rest were provided by the organizers. We had a good vehicle with a professional driver which was very needed for the tough road going and back. Our experienced officer was truly accommodating and nice to everyone. She really tried her best to give the the full experience of the trip. Best part is the CEO himself connects to the clients to make sure things are going as planned. I cant wait to have our next trip with this organizer because me and my friends definitely enjoyed everything bit of it. Kudos!

I’ve been checking their trips for possible climbs but then one day when I opened the app, it’s not working anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same dilemma. May I ask what the problem may be?

The trip I booked last month is supposed to be today. I dropped them a message 5 days ago that I won't be able to join since I am sick (been going back and forth to hospital). They said that they will look for a replacement and they did and even received payment from that person. They didn't send an update until the last minute and now they are saying that its not possible to refund because of their "policy". They even blocked me on IG and Messenger. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Their policies are only in their favor. They don't care about their customers. They only care about how they can extort money from you without giving back the service that you deserve. As for the app, ugly and difficult to use are understatement. You also need fast internet for the data to load. I do remember going to Benguet where the reception is not so outstanding. I opened the app to revisit the itinerary, it goes on perpetual loading. Whoever the developer of this rubbish app, hope you try educating yourself on UI/UX design.

Downloaded twice this March and April on iOS. Not launching both times.

This app is friendly and very easy to use. And I like the new update of this app. I just want to recommend or suggest to this app that there should be a message tab for easy communication and transaction. But all in all, this app is awesome.

Also, when you report it to their fb, they invalidate your complaint saying it works fine in their end.
