I recently purchased an additional number through this app. I successfully verified my primary number and my passport, but the address verification never arrives. It's unclear what they expect from me—am I supposed to invent a fictional address? The lack of clear instructions and guidance is frustrating and makes the service difficult to use.

I used this number for my apartment’s door entry system for a couple of weeks; we must have a 415 number for some reason. My number was suspended, and I can’t get ahold of anyone to reactivate it. This has messed up multiple deliveries and my landlord won’t love it when I have to change my number.
I payed 10 dollars Jst for it to give me an error code when i try to get my number, this app is bogus.
Do not expect to use this app and have it actually work. I paid the monthly fee and couldn’t get a number because of some error code. Not worth it
