After a few weeks I found it
I finally found a working version of mr goo (free but it works) i loved the games I made as a kid lol sadly they're gone but at least someone uploaded it for us the IPA name is me goo free clutchv2.3 (or sum).ipa

Just purchased for my daughter… and doesn’t work
They need to update this. The app doesn’t even animate correctly on my iPhone and barely responds on my iPad. I think if hey put in an hour of programming they could probably update this to work correctly. I remember this app from years ago and was great. What happened to it? Please update this to work on newer models!

It seems like just a funny goofy game. There is a black version of him though and it is very racist. Used to love the game till I found out about the racist version of Carl. This is not okay. ✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽
