Disconnect
For over a month second time my line been disconnected, no chance to even get through to anyone once you do they tell you you’re paying for engineer £75 and all that policy if you miss the appointment. But once you switch to other companie they call like crazy, two rings and off after they say you don’t pick up. Scare me terminate charge, no worries we see you in consumer court, will see who’s braking the contract.
