Tally • Quick Counter

Could use some bug fixes, when I tap the + button, I expect for the number value to increase, having to press the edit button before I do anything is a hassle & I’m hoping it’s just a bug & the app isn’t actually designed with useless - & + buttons

I don't have vision problems, but since the overhaul update a year or so back, I still can't get over the noticeably smaller font and display of each individual item when viewing tally sets. Each item used to pop and the title of it was clearly readable in bold print. Since then, font size for item title are absolutely tiny. Even emojis are hard to distinguish, especially the faces. The old ratio of font size to tally count to card size was perfect. I have to squint sometimes to see which list it is I'm looking at and make sure I'm not about to make a time costing error. This is my rant. Doesn't seem like it would be a difficult fix, but I'm not an app developer. I will say I paid for the yearly membership 🙂

As a crocheter, I can say this app is extremely useful. I can count well, but not when I listen to music. And when I crochet without music, it takes forever. So this really helps! I keep it on the side and just tap it when im done with a row or with a sequence of stitches.

This app has some of the best Apple Shortcuts support I’ve seen. Without that, it is a beautifully simple, great little app that does exactly what it promises. Both WITH the great Shortcuts support, it really becomes a powerhouse. Absolutely essential for anyone making their own habit trackers, using Obsidian, etc. Stellar. ***** Feature request: ability to set the count in a tracker via Shortcuts rather than just incrementing or decrementing by the steps set as default. Also: I love and use the sample Shortcuts you provided. I wish there were more power user tips and tricks documentation for this app. All the focus seems to be on Drafts, which is also amazing. I wish this were as well documented.

I wanted a simple counting app that I can also use on my Apple Watch. I can understand a fee to purchase but to charge a yearly subscription for a counter? lol no thx

Great utility with ingenious UX and features - been using it for years and felt this dev deserved one more high five. Thank you!

Not intuitively designed. I want to record various simple mantras but it appears that the app doesn’t work, even for this simple function, unless I subscribe monthly.

Overall, the app is great. I downloaded it for the first time yesterday, and decided to try out the free trial today. I was immediately charged and in my Apple subscriptions, it states that it is currently in a free trial and I will be charged after the free trial ends in 7 days. It appears as if I will be charged twice.

Can you make it so when you pick a tally set color it has a option to put in a hex code? Thanks! :)
