Always getting connection error with my iphone

This company, Tamam from KSA, accepted a fraudulent transaction and used stolen data from my father. The fraudster pretended to be from the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia and then stole all of my father's money from his bank account. My father has been working in Saudi Arabia for almost 15 years. After they got the money, the fraudster used my father's identity to obtain a loan from Tamam, a financing business. My father had no dealings with this firm and never asked for a loan. They are now demanding he make a monthly payment with interest. My next concerns are, how did they verify that it was my father who asked for a loan, how did they know the hacker only had my father's name and ECOMA number, and how did they deliver the money? My Father had proof that the money owing to them had never been transferred to or received by him. This firm has already transmitted the issue of the unpaid loan to MOI, preventing my father from going outside of Saudi Arabia. This is a clear example of fraud, and the firm didn't even check to see whether the information they had was accurate and validated. My father is in Saudi Arabia, and no one can help him; even his employer pressures him to pay in full, despite the fact that he does not have enough money. We have all of the essential proof dating back to the day his money and information were taken, but no one can assist him.
